Our kitchen is run directly by the owner. We daily surprise our half - board guests with amazing five course dinners with excellent South Tyrolean dishes, as well as national and international specialities.
Enjoy our home-made bread and cakes every morning in our rich breakfast buffet. Salads, vegetables and herbs are mostly grown in our biological garden.

Nice and healthy Vegetarian cuisine to taste and to discover. We always try to offer to our guests light vegetarian specialities - made with love and enriched by our chef's fantasy and vitality.
According to our motto "variety and refinement", we prepare also special vegetarian meals on request, accompanied by wonderful wines from our wine cellar.
Our guests can also choose between a wide range of unique and refined "à la carte" dishes.
